The Emails section lets you create reusable templates, build drafts (with custom variables), send to members or groups, and review campaigns (sent history) and open tracking.

Main areas

  • Emails (hub): Overview and quick send.
  • Templates: Reusable designs (Puck editor or MJML) and subject lines with variables (e.g. {{name}}, {{email}}).
  • Drafts: Create a draft from a template, edit content and custom variables, then send to recipients (list, group, or all members).
  • Campaigns: View sent history (who received what, status, and open tracking).

Typical flow

  1. Create a template (design + subject + variables).
  2. Create a draft from that template and set custom variables if needed.
  3. Choose recipients (e.g. a group or all members).
  4. Send. Emails are sent (often in the background for large lists).
  5. Check campaigns for delivery and opens.
Emails may be a paid plan feature. If you do not see Templates or Send, check your subscription and plan limits.
