Rowhouse offers free, pro, and premium plans. Higher plans unlock more features, higher member limits, and lower processing fees.

Member limits

  • Free: Up to 25 members per organization.
  • Pro: Up to 200 members per organization.
  • Premium: Unlimited members.
If you exceed your plan’s member limit, you must upgrade before adding more members. Downgrading is only allowed if your current member count fits within the new plan’s limit.

Emails, website (pages), dues, merch, and payouts typically require a paid plan (pro or premium). The exact locking of these features may be enforced in the app; when a feature is locked, you will see an upgrade prompt (e.g. in the sidebar or when opening the section).

Pricing (typical)

  • Free: $0/month.
  • Pro: e.g. $10/month (check the app or Subscription for current price).
  • Premium: e.g. $25/month (check the app for current price).
Prices may be shown monthly or yearly (with a discount for annual billing). See the Subscription page in the app for exact amounts.

Processing fees

  • Free: e.g. 10% + 30c per transaction (dues, events, merch).
  • Pro: e.g. 8% + 30c per transaction.
  • Premium: e.g. 5% + 30c per transaction.

Upgrade or change plan

  • Go to Settings → Subscription and choose Upgrade (or Change plan). Select the plan and billing interval and complete payment. Your new limits and features apply immediately. See Subscription.
