Your organization’s subscription determines your plan (e.g. free, pro, premium) and what features you can use (emails, website, dues, merch, etc.). Only admins can view and change the subscription.

Where to find it

  • SettingsSubscription (or Billing), or use the Subscription link in the sidebar (admin only). You may be redirected to a billing portal or see the plan and upgrade options in the app.

Plans

  • Free: Limited features; many advanced features (emails, website, dues, merch) may be locked. See Plan limits.
  • Pro: Unlocks emails, website, dues, merch, and lower processing fees. Billed monthly or yearly.
  • Premium: Highest tier with more features and lowest fees. Billed monthly or yearly.
Exact plan names and inclusions depend on the product. Check the Subscription page and Plan limits for current details.

Upgrade or change plan

  • Click Upgrade (or Change plan) and select the plan and billing interval (monthly vs yearly). You may be taken to Stripe Checkout or a billing portal to enter payment method. After success, the new plan is active and locked features unlock.

Billing and payment method

  • Payment method: Stored with Stripe. Update it in the billing portal or the link Rowhouse provides (e.g. “Update payment method”).
  • Invoices: You may receive invoices by email from Stripe or Rowhouse. Download from the billing portal or Stripe Dashboard if needed.
  • Cancel: If you cancel, you may keep access until the end of the billing period; then the plan reverts to free (or lapses). Locked features will be unavailable after that.
