Where to find it
- Settings in the sidebar (admin only). You may see General, Organization, or Club as the main section.
What you can change
- Name: The full name of your organization (e.g. “Economics Club”). Shown in the club switcher, emails, and public pages.
- Logo: Upload a logo image (used in the sidebar, storefront, emails). Use a square or near-square image; the app may resize. See Troubleshooting if upload fails.
- Email: Contact email for the org (e.g. for “Contact us” or sender display). Optional.
- Description: Short description of the org (for public pages or directory). Optional.
- Website: External website URL (e.g. your existing site). Optional.
- Join code: A code members or invitees use to join the organization. See Join code and invite.
The org slug (URL identifier) is usually set at creation and may not be editable, or may be editable only with care (URLs can break). Check the UI before changing the slug.
Save
- After editing, click Save (or Update). Changes apply immediately. Logo and name updates may take a moment to appear everywhere (e.g. cache).
