Campaigns (or Sent / Sent emails) is the history of emails you have sent. You can see which draft was used, who received it, delivery status, and (if enabled) who opened it.

View campaigns

  1. Go to EmailsCampaigns (or Sent).
  2. You see a list of sends: draft name, send date, recipient count, and optionally status (e.g. sent, failed, pending).
  3. Click a send to see per-recipient details: email address, status (sent/failed/pending), and if open tracking is on, whether they opened the email.
Use this to confirm delivery after a large send and to follow up with anyone who failed (e.g. invalid email) or did not open.

Statuses

  • Sent: Delivered to the provider (e.g. Resend); the recipient’s server accepted it. It may still land in spam.
  • Failed: Bounce, invalid address, or provider error. Fix the member’s email in Members and resend if needed.
  • Pending: Queued or in progress (for background sends). Check again later.

Open tracking

  • If your plan and settings support it, opens are recorded when the recipient loads images or tracking pixels in the email. See Tracking. Opens appear per recipient in the campaign detail view.

Resend to failed recipients

  • If the UI offers Resend to failed, you can resend the same draft only to recipients who had status failed after fixing their email addresses. Otherwise, create a new draft or send and select those members manually.
