Invites not received
- Check spam/promotions for the invite email. Ask the invitee to add the sender to contacts.
- Confirm email address: In Members, ensure the member has the correct email. Edit if needed and resend the invite (if the UI allows).
- Send invites: After adding invitees, you must click Send invites. If you only added them but did not send, they will not receive an email.
- Bulk send: Large invite lists may be sent in the background. Wait a few minutes and check Campaigns or send status; if some failed, resend to failed recipients.
RSVP link expired or not working
- Links can expire or be single-use in some setups. Use Resend invite (if available) to send a fresh link to that invitee.
- Ensure the invitee is opening the link from the same email address they were invited with. Some links are tied to the invitee record.
- If the event is in the past, RSVP may be closed. Create a new event or mark the current one as cancelled if appropriate.
Payment failed or pay link broken
- Member: Have them try again (card declined, network error). Use a different card or browser. Ensure they are using the link from their invite email, not a generic event page.
- You: Confirm the event has an amount set and the org has completed Stripe Connect. Check Finance → Transactions for the event to see if a payment was attempted and failed (with reason).
- Waive: If they should not pay, waive their invite so they can RSVP without paying.
Attendance not saving
- Save: After marking attendance, click Save or Submit. If you leave the page without saving, changes are lost.
- Link: Use the attendance link from the event (Attendance section). Do not use the public event page or RSVP link for marking attendance.
- Geolock: If attendance geolock is on and you are not at the venue, enable device location and try again or turn off geolock for that event if you have permission.
Event not showing / wrong list
- Calendar: If you use calendars, filter by calendar or “All” to see the event.
- Past events: Switch the list to Upcoming vs Past (if the UI has that filter).
- Org: Confirm you are in the correct organization (club switcher). Events are per org.
Duplicate or missing invitees
- Duplicate: Remove the duplicate from the invitee list. If they already paid, contact support before deleting; you may need to refund or keep one record.
- Missing: Re-add the member (or group) and Send invites again so they receive the email.
