After an event, you can mark attendance so you know who showed up (attended) vs who did not (no-show). Attendance is recorded per event invitee.

How attendance works

  • Each event can have an attendance link (a unique URL with a token) that only admins or authorized users open.
  • Opening the link shows the list of invitees (or RSVP “going”). You mark each person as Attended, No-show, or leave as Pending.
  • Optionally, attendance geolock can require the device to be at a certain location to submit (if enabled for your plan).
  1. Open the event and go to Attendance (or Mark attendance).
  2. Copy or open the attendance link. Share it only with people who should record attendance (e.g. yourself or other admins).
  3. Open the link and mark each invitee as Attended or No-show, then save.
Use the attendance link on the day of the event (e.g. on your phone) so you can mark people as they arrive or at the end.

Attendance statuses

  • Pending: Not yet marked.
  • Attended: Present at the event.
  • No-show: Did not attend (e.g. RSVP’d but did not show).
  • Cancelled: Invite or participation cancelled (if the app supports it).

Geolock (if enabled)

  • If attendance geolock is on, the person submitting attendance may need to be at the event location (or within a radius). This helps prevent marking attendance from elsewhere. If you are at the venue and geolock blocks you, check device location permissions and try again or contact support.
See Troubleshooting for attendance not saving or link not working.
