How to get the feed URL
- From Events or Calendars, or from your org’s public page, look for iCal feed, Subscribe to calendar, or Calendar feed.
- The URL may be per calendar (e.g. only “Social events”) or for all events in the org. It often looks like:
rowhouse.co/api/calendar/[org]/[tag]or similar (your org slug and optional calendar tag). - Copy the feed URL. Do not share private tokens publicly if the URL contains a secret.
Subscribe in a calendar app
Google Calendar:- Open Google Calendar on the web, go to Other calendars → Add by URL.
- Paste the iCal feed URL and click Add. Events appear and update when the feed is refreshed.
- In Calendar, go to File → New Calendar Subscription (or Add Account for a URL).
- Paste the feed URL and set refresh interval. Save.
- Use the app’s option to Add calendar or Subscribe from URL and paste the feed URL.
Calendar apps refresh the feed periodically (e.g. every few hours). New or updated events may take a while to appear.
What appears in the feed
- Events that are public or that the feed is allowed to expose (depending on configuration). Start time, end time, title, and sometimes location and description are included.
- Past events may remain in the feed for history; your calendar app may hide them depending on its settings.
