Event invitees can RSVP (respond) via the link in their invite email. You see their status in the event (pending, going, not going, maybe).

How invitees RSVP

  1. The member receives an event invite email with a link (magic link or event page).
  2. They open the link and see event details and RSVP options: Going, Not going, Maybe (or similar).
  3. They submit their response. Their status updates in the event’s invite list.
If the event has a payment, they may need to complete payment (or be waived) before their RSVP is confirmed. See Event payments.

Reply by email (if supported)

  • Some setups allow invitees to reply by email (e.g. “YES” or “GOING”) to record their RSVP. Inbound replies are processed and update the invite. If this does not work, use the link in the email instead.

Viewing RSVPs

  • Open the event and go to the Invitees or RSVP section. You will see each invitee and their status: Pending, Going, Not going, Maybe.
  • Use this list to plan capacity, follow up with non-responders, or mark attendance after the event.
  • The RSVP link is unique per invitee and may be token-based. If a member says the link does not work, send a new invite or use “Resend invite” (if available) so they receive a fresh link.
  • Links may expire after a long time; for old events, consider creating a new event or resending.
See Troubleshooting for invite not received, link expired, or RSVP not saving.
