Set a due date
- When assigning dues, enter a Due date (e.g. September 15, 2025). The assignment stores it and may show it on the pay page and in the Dues list.
- You can often edit the due date later by opening the assignment and changing the date field.
How due dates are used
- Display: The member may see “Due by [date]” on their pay page. The Dues list may show due date per row.
- Overdue: The app may mark assignments as overdue when the due date has passed and status is still unpaid. You can filter or sort by overdue to follow up.
- Reminders: If your plan supports dues reminders, they may be sent based on due date (e.g. a few days before or after). Check Reminders or Email settings for dues.
Due date does not automatically block payment after the date. Members can still pay after the due date unless you cancel or waive the assignment.
Change or remove due date
- Edit the assignment and set a new due date or clear it. Saving updates the record. Reminders (if any) may use the new date on the next run.
