The storefront is the public page where customers browse your merch, select variants, and add items to the cart. Each merch group can have a product page; the store may list all groups or one group per URL.

Store URL

  • The main store URL is often rowhouse.co/store/your-org-slug (or similar). Your org slug is set when you create the organization. Share this link so customers can reach the store.
  • A specific product (merch group) may be at rowhouse.co/store/your-org-slug/group-slug (or /store/slug/product-slug). Check the Merch section for “View store” or “Store link” to get the exact URL.

What customers see

  • Store listing: List of products (merch groups) with name, image (if set), and price range or starting price.
  • Product page: Clicking a product opens its page with:
    • Name, description, and block content (if you added merch editor content)
    • Custom property selectors (size, color, etc.)
    • Price for the selected variant (from the matching option)
    • Add to cart (or Buy). See Cart and checkout.
Use clear product names and (if available) images so the store looks professional. Test the storefront in an incognito window to see the customer experience.

Slug and visibility

  • The merch group slug is used in the product URL. Ensure the slug is readable (e.g. club-tshirt-2025). Published/active merch groups are visible on the store; draft or inactive groups may be hidden depending on the app.
