Where to find it
- Finance → Transactions in the sidebar. You see a table or list: date, member (or customer), amount, type (dues/event/merch), and optional reference (assignment, event, order).
Filter and search
- Date range: Filter by date so you can reconcile a specific period.
- Type: Filter by dues, event, or merch (if the UI supports it).
- Member: Search or filter by member name or email to see one person’s payments.
- Source: Some views let you filter by assignment, event, or merch group.
What each transaction shows
- Amount: What was paid (usually the amount you set; fees may be shown separately depending on the app).
- Member/Customer: Who paid (name, email, or guest).
- Type: Dues, event payment, or merch order.
- Reference: Link to the dues assignment, event, or order so you can open the source record.
- Status: Succeeded (and sometimes failed or refunded).
- Date: When the payment was completed.
Transactions reflect what Rowhouse has received from Stripe. For disputes or refunds done in Stripe, the list may update when webhooks are processed; check Stripe Dashboard for the full picture.
Export
- If the UI offers Export (e.g. CSV), use it for accounting or reconciliation. Export after applying filters so you get only the range you need.
